About Us

Don and Caroline Naysmith are Charlotte residents who have recently lived, worked and traveled in Europe. Their combined experience is comprised of many years in developing properties including completion of three historic restorations, organization of international corporate events, and management of multi-million dollar domestic and international projects. They own and operate Cardon Development, a real estate development and consulting company specializing in historic restoration.
