Located on five beautifully wooded acres only minutes from uptown Charlotte, this delightful estate offers a refreshing new venue for your overnight stay, intimate wedding or party (of up to forty guests), or business event.  The four oversized guest rooms are comfortably furnished with period pieces and working fireplaces.  Each morning a full gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room to B&B guests.  Homestead amenities include cable TV, wireless internet, gift basket, DVD library and game room.  In order to maintain the historic integrity of the home, bathrooms are located in the hallway, just a few steps from the living and sleeping areas.  Robes and slippers are provided for overnight guests.

B&B rate is $165 per person per night.  Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.  Only major credit cards are accepted.
